Patriot Building Company was founded in July, 1978 in Hillsborough, North Carolina and our first job was the State Employees Credit Union in Raleigh, North Carolina. Since then, Patriot has had many more, different, and challenging commercial construction projects. |

In July of 1988, Patriot moved its personnel and offices to its newly designed and built present location at 400 Millstone Drive in Hillsborough, North Carolina. |

Ward L. Setzer, President and CEO leads a team of Project Managers and Superintendents who have a combined total of over 100 years of commercial construction experience. |

Patriot frequently takes on and retains anywhere from 1 to 5 additional employees per project. Patriot also firmly abides by employment laws and regulations from both the State of North Carolina and the Federal Government and is an equal opportunity employer. |

Patriot owns, insures and operates a small fleet of excavating equipment including various hand operated tools perfect to assist you in any excavation or demolition project. |

Patriot’s dump truck is constantly picking up and removing debris from our projects. It is our goal to see your project stay as clean and debris free as we can make it. |
